Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Domestic (Lebanon): 3 – 5 business days.
    • International: 7 – 8 business days (depending on the destination).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, weather conditions).

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 days.
  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • Fahs Beauty is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns
  • No exchange or return unless item is damaged, or if the arrival of the item took longer than the mentioned delivery time.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products may not be eligible for returns, such as:
    • Perishable goods.
    • Sale items.
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  1. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  1. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Gift cards.
