Shipping Policy
- Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Domestic (Lebanon): 3 – 5 business days.
- International: 7 – 8 business days (depending on the destination).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, weather conditions).
- Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 days.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Fahs Beauty is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns

No exchange or return unless item is damaged, or if the arrival of the item took longer than the mentioned delivery time.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products may not be eligible for returns, such as:
- Perishable goods.
- Sale items.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Exchanges
